A group of women received training on the basic principles of crochet knitting, at Makhzoumi Foundation Main Center in Mazraa. The Environment/Development Program at the Foundation continues to provide training on handmade craft workshops—particularly the environmental ones—with the aim of expanding the group of people interested in and committed to environmental protection, in Lebanon, as well as helping women discover and develop their abilities and master crafts that enable them to meet their needs and support their families.

Empowering women through crochet training
A group of women trained on the basic principles of crochet at the Makhzoumi Foundation’s main center on the farm. The Foundation’s Environment and Development Program is still continuing training in handicraft workshops, especially environmental ones, with the aim of expanding the segment of those interested in the environment in Lebanon and those who preserve it, as well as with the aim of helping women discover and develop their abilities, and become professional in jobs that help them secure their needs and support their families.
