As difficult conditions continue and many families are displaced from the South and Beirut’s southern suburbs, Makhzoumi Foundation continues its emergency health response. The Mobile Medical Unit visited Shakib Arslan School in Beirut in collaboration with the Primary Healthcare Department at the Ministry of Public Health and Premier Urgence, where medical consultations were launched for people staying in the shelter. Cases requiring further follow-up are being referred to Makhzoumi Foundation Primary Healthcare Center in Barbour. People’s health remains our priority. The healthcare team will continue visiting shelters and schools to monitor cases, provide medical support, and ensure that displaced families receive the care they need during this critical time.

With the continuing difficult conditions and the displacement of a very large number of families from the south, the Bekaa, and the southern suburbs of Beirut, the Makhzoumi Foundation continues its emergency health response. The medical team of the mobile medical unit visited the Shakib Arslan School in Beirut in cooperation with the Primary Health Care Department in the Ministry of Public Health and the International Relief Organization, where medical consultations were launched for cases in the shelter center, in addition to transferring cases that need follow-up to the primary health care center affiliated with the Makhzoumi Foundation in the Barbour area.

People’s health remains our priority. Therefore, the health team will continue its visits to shelter centers and schools to follow up on cases, provide medical support, and check on displaced families during this sensitive stage.
