In the wake of the US President’s statements/ suspending strikes on Iranian energy facilities for 5 days after “fruitful” talks with Tehran/ gold reduced its losses to 1.5% to rise above the level of $4,400 per ounce/ while oil prices fell by more than 13.5 percent/ Brent crude oil recorded $97.02, a decrease of 15.17 percent from the previous session//
West Texas Intermediate crude oil was also traded at $84.79, a decrease of 13.68 percent //

Likewise, gas prices in Europe increased by 8.9 percent //
