A large crater and severe damage were detected in the buildings surrounding the site where the Iranian missile warhead fell. According to the Israeli army, a man and a woman were slightly injured and taken to hospital.

The “Valorex” company notified the Israeli Stock Exchange of serious damage to the factory, two days after the company itself announced its acquisition of the “Aerosol” company, whose clients include the Ministry of War, the Aerospace Industries, the “Elbit” company, and the “Rafael” company in the country.

Valorex itself develops, produces, and sells internal combustion engines and generators, and is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with a market value of NIS 213 million.

The company’s report to the stock exchange stated, “In continuation of the immediate report regarding the signing of an agreement to purchase the controlling stake in the ‘Aerosol Aviation Solutions’ company, we inform you that as a result of the launch of missiles and the landing of one of them near the only factory of the ‘Aerosol’ company, significant damage was caused to the factory.”

She indicated that she is still studying the extent of the damage caused by the “aerosol” activity, and said that her assessment is based on preliminary surveys conducted at the site.

The General Director of Valorex Company said, “An explosion occurred near the ‘Aerosol’ factory at an hour when no employees were in the place and no human casualties occurred. In the coming days, we will work to complete the damage assessment and deal with all concerned parties, including what is related to insurance compensation.”
