The Russian ambassador during his meeting with a delegation from the Amal Movement: We affirm our support for stability in Lebanon, ceasefire efforts, and the return of the people
A delegation from the Amal Movement, headed by the Amal Movement’s Foreign and Expatriates Relations Officer, Ali Hayek, visited the Russian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alexander Rudakov, accompanied by the European Continent’s official, Mustafa Younis, the head of the protocol department in the office, Osama Khayami, and the media official, Ayman Shehadeh, in the presence of Deputy Ambassador Vadim Kirpichenko.
The research dealt with the general situation in Lebanon and the region, and Russia’s role in supporting stability in Lebanon was emphasized.
Ambassador Rudakov stressed the necessity of sustaining the ceasefire in Lebanon and the return of the displaced to their towns, and stressed Russia’s position in support of Lebanon.
Hayek, in turn, thanked Russia for its positions, and the Russian ambassador delivered a message about the general situation in Lebanon as a result of the ongoing aggression since the year 2024 and the resulting human and material losses and the aggravation of humanitarian crises, while calling for support for Lebanon to overcome its ordeal and restore security, stability and prosperity to its regions.
