The Minister of National Defense, Major General Michel Manasseh, arrived in the Iranian capital, Tehran, to represent the Lebanese Republic in the official memorial ceremony for the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei.
He was received at Tehran Airport by the Iranian Deputy Minister of Defense for International Affairs, Brigadier General Sayyed Hamzeh Qalandari, the Director of the Middle East Department at the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Mehdi Shushtari, and the Lebanese Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ahmed Suwaidan.
