The Ukrainian capital, Kiev, was attacked on Saturday, and the Ukrainian Air Force said that Russian forces were targeting the city with ballistic missiles.
Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko said: “Falling debris caused fires in at least three areas.”
Reuters witnesses reported that they heard repeated explosions.
