The Minister of Finance, Yassin Jaber, issued a decision extending, until 06/08/2026 inclusive, the deadline for submitting the annual income tax declaration for the business of the year 2025, the basic deadline for which expires on 05/31/2026, including what is related to companies holding petroleum rights, companies holding operating petroleum rights, paying the tax due therefrom, the deadline for submitting the statement of the owner of the economic right (Form M18), and the deadline for the annual declaration for the year 2025 for the amounts subject to the tax of Articles 41 and 42 of the Income Tax Law and the Chapter Three tax.
