The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division announced that on 03-31-2026, an unidentified person burned waste inside a property in Al-Mina – Tripoli, near the “Alpha” company. Video clips have been circulated on social media, in which he clearly appears while he is burning waste in the aforementioned locality.
