In line with the environmental mission of the Makhzoumi Foundation and its commitment to preserving green spaces, the Environment and Development Program at the Foundation donated 200 pomegranate saplings (Lavani, sweet, and sour varieties) to the town of Jaj in the Byblos district, in collaboration with the NGO “Human for Environment and Development Association” (HEAD).
These saplings were planted during an environmental day held at the Jaj Cedar Reserve, organized by Lions Lebanon Host. Cooperation continues with HEAD and other environmental and social organizations, as well as with municipalities across Lebanon, with the aim of protecting the environment and promoting sustainability.

Implants for a greener future
In accordance with the Makhzoumi Environmental Foundation’s mission and its endeavor to preserve green spaces, the Foundation’s Environment and Development Program provided two hundred pomegranate seedlings (pomegranate, sweet and sour) to the town of Jaj in the Jbeil District, in cooperation with the “Insan Association for Environment and Development” (HEAD). These saplings were planted during an environmental day in the Jaj Cedar Reserve, organized by the Lions Lebanon Host Club. Cooperation continues with the HEAD Association and other environmental and social associations, and with municipalities on various Lebanese territories, with the aim of preserving the environment and promoting sustainability.
