The “Environment and Development Program” at Makhzoumi Foundation conducted a training workshop on environmental arts, at Dar Al Aytam Al Islamia in Mazraa – Beirut. During the workshop, the program trained a group of young women to transform paper, cardboard, and solid waste into useful items instead of throwing them away and polluting streets, burning them, or burying them. The activity also gave them an opportunity to spend enjoyable and beneficial time together.
