After you purchase the listing
1.) You would need to send me ONE quality picture of the house. You may send additional but I will be working with one main photo reference for angle and lighting. The better photo(s) you send me typically the better I am able to portray the home.
2.) Mention what you want to have written on the drawing. You do not have to have anything.

It could be:
1) your address
2) your family name
3) Est. year
4) a sweet phrase:
"Our First Home",
"Home Sweet Home"
"Bless our Home"
5) Lat. and Long.



I would contact you if I need additional pictures and more details from you.

I send it in a protected envelope without frame to keep the delivery costs down. The paintings comes fully protected, discount so I make sure that you receive the painting without any damage.

Please, allow 1-2 weeks of processing time, depending on the size and complexity of the your piece. If you need it by a certain date, let me know before you place the order.
