Vintage Orlik Hand Painted Porcelain Egg - Blue - Gold 24K Rose - Collectibles discount - 1930s - 1940s - Trinket Box - Made in France or Germany

This wonderful Orlik porcelain egg is a rare find and it was made in either Germany or France. It discount was imported by Alfred Orlik who operated a high-end retail shop on Madison Avenue in the 1930s and 1940s. He sold imported glass, fine china and porcelain to the wealthy.

The trinket box is a Tiffany, robin's egg blue and the rose is 24k gold. It is stamped Orlik Handpainted and HO was either the artist or porcelain house he used.

Size - 4 1/2" X 3" and is in good vintage condition showing normal age expected wear.
