Discount Westerwald steinzeug beer or wine pitcher

Large model vintage German beer or wine pitcher with a capacity of 1.5 liter. The earthenware jug closes with a pewter lid with thumb rest. The jug is decorated in typical Westerwald tradition in cobalt blue and brown on a grey-blue background.

Marked: hand-marked on the base with an unidentiefied mark. Probably made in the seventies in the Westerwald area.

Dimensions: total height 25.5 cm (including thumb rest), diameter stand discount ring 8.4 cm.

Condition: perfect.
