Ice Blue discount Chawan

This tea bowl was wheel thrown in my small pottery studio in Taiwan.

discount I used an imported Japanese porcelain clay body and then applied an original ice-blue glaze. The glaze is a crackle glaze that displays the beautiful crackle effect.

While drinking tea with this bowl, you will find over time, the tea will show itself. This effect is something that is appealing to me.

The bowl is totally dishwasher and microwave safe.

I love making tea bowls as each seems to have its own personality.

My seal is marked near the foot ring.
