Reddish discount orange vase

This small textured vase evokes ancient Native American art. Its color is an irregular reddish orange or terracotta, created discount by first firing the stoneware clay with a brown glaze then irregularly covering it with a red-orange acrylic paint. Because it is painted it is not food safe. The vase is lovely standing by itself on a shelf or it can be filled with sticks or dried flowers.
