Vintage Owl Crepe Paper discount Halloween Party Hat

Vintage unmarked crepe paper Halloween party Hat.

This large orange pointed hat features a centered embossed sticker of an owl sitting on the moon. Hat is in very good vintage condition with a wrinkle on the tip and a pin hole under the owl sticker (see photo #4). Colors are bold and bright and bottom discount black band is secure.
