These malas are beautifully handmade and feel light as a feather because the beads are hollow. They have an incredible golden glow about them. Individual beads measure approximately 9x12mm, and are seam beads, meaning two semi-circles are soldered together. You can see the seams on the beads, which is part of the rustic and tribal beauty of them, in my opinion.

These beads hail from Ethiopia and are strung with a orange, green, and black tassel at the bottom. They would be beautiful worn as is, or hung as decoration. Or you could certainly cut them apart and makes some magic of your own.

There are 65 beads per strand. Each strand is approximately 30 long, and the tassel is approximately 3".
